This live course will take place in an intimate, immersive setting designed for deep transformation, relational learning, and integration. Drawing on six decades of cutting-edge research across leadership, psychology, human potential, and consciousness, Bob will personally guide you through the Universal Model of Leadership and cutting-edge thinking on Adult and Leadership Development that is reshaping how the world's most effective leaders grow.

All sessions are live, virtual, and 3 hours long (10 am–1 pm ET).

What You Will Learn

This course introduces you to a Universal Model of Leadership that integrates the best theory and research from the past 60 years across leadership, psychology, human potential, quantum physics, and spirituality. At its core are the Stages of Adult Development that are reshaping leading approaches to leadership effectiveness.

You will explore five levels of leadership:
Egocentric
Reactive
Creative
Integral
Unitive
Each level is associated with greater consciousness, effectiveness, and organizational impact. Most adults are navigating the transition from Reactive to Creative. This course will support that transition while introducing you to the higher stages — Unity Informed Integral Presence.

The Journey of Conscious Leadership includes:

5 3-hour Live Sessions with Bob Anderson live on Zoom. Interactive presentations, experiential learning, live demos, facilitated Q&A, and breakout rooms, presentations, experiential learning, live demos, facilitated Q&A, and breakout rooms.

Included with enrollment. Your LCP results serve as your personal map for the entire training.

Participants will be invited to join small groups between sessions to support integration and relational learning.

To receive a certificate of completion and 15 CCEUs, participants must:
Attend at least 3 of the 5 live Zoom sessions in full (and watch any recordings if they miss a session)
Complete 5 learning assessments following each session. Assessments must be completed within 4 weeks after course conclusion
Actively participate in breakout sessions, experiential exercises, and group discussions
Complete assigned reflective and integration practices as part of the learning process
Engage respectfully and constructively in the learning community

All sessions meet live from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM ET. Sessions are recorded.
Participants must attend 3 of 5 sessions live to receive a Certificate of Completion and CCEUs. Participants are invited to join curated learning triads between sessions for integration and relational learning. Participants will have 4 weeks after Session 5 to complete all course materials. -

Bob Anderson is one of the world's foremost authorities on conscious leadership development. He dedicated his career to exploring the connections between leadership, mastery, consciousness, and human potential — and over 35 years of work, he created the Universal Model of Leadership, the first comprehensive framework of its kind to emerge in the field.
Bob is the co-creator of the Leadership Circle Profile™ (LCP), a 360° assessment that has become an industry standard for measuring a leader's internal operating system against external behaviors — and which Forbes named one of its top executive development assessments.
He is the co-author of Mastering Leadership: An Integrated Framework for Breakthrough Performance and Extraordinary Business Results — a Top 10 bestseller described as a seminal work in the field — and Scaling Leadership: Building Organizational Capability and Capacity to Create Outcomes that Matter Most.
Bob served on the faculty at the University of Notre Dame for 20 years, where he received the Partner in Innovation faculty award. The MEECO Leadership Institute awarded him the International Thought Leader of Distinction in 2018.

Founder & Executive Director, Grounded Idealist
Kyle Dietrich is a leadership and learning advisor, trauma-informed coach, and social entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in international development and humanitarian work, including senior roles at USAID, the United Nations, Mercy Corps, and various NGOs.
Kyle founded Grounded Idealist in early 2025 in the wake of mass layoffs of public servants and the dismantling of USAID, where Kyle and his team were working. Grounded Idealist’s work is anchored in the belief that investments in our inner and social soil are critical for outer development, healing, and lasting social change.
Kyle is a dad, a gardener, and a social anthropologist-turned-peacebuilder who has been blessed to live, learn, and serve in over 25 countries. Kyle has coaching certificates from Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership, the Academy of Inner Science, and the Empowerment Institute. Kyle is a graduate of the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and Harvard Divinity School.
