For decades, most coaching and consulting work focused on skills, performance, and measurable outcomes. The personal struggles of our clients—stress, fear, the weight of uncertainty and chaos in the world—were rarely part of the conversation.

But it is precisely our inner world that ultimately shapes how we think, communicate, and make decisions in our work.

Many of us are encountering relational dynamics we don't always know how to name or respond to, and quietly wondering if we have the depth and steadiness our clients need right now.

This program helps you bring a trauma-informed lens to coaching and consulting. It teaches you to approach the work not as therapy, but as a disciplined and practical way to recognize how stress and past experiences shape leadership behavior, team dynamics, and organizational culture.

Inside this training, you’ll deepen the distinctly human capacities at the heart of this work—the ability to stay present and attuned under pressure—so that trust holds and real change can take root.

Our work must do more than help people cope with pressure. It must guide them toward their most powerful, creative, and productive outcomes.

As part of the course, our Founder, Kyle Dietrich, leads a powerful session on “Supporting Mission-Driven Public and Social Sector Leaders.” Kyle’s session examines how trauma-informed principles apply in frontline public sector and social impact work. Service-oriented leaders carry not only organizational stress, but moral responsibility, vicarious trauma, sustained adaptive pressure, and identities that are often under threat.

Note: Participants who complete the course may earn up to 22 hours of Continuing Coach Education (CCE) credits, applicable toward the renewal requirements of an International Coaching Federation (ICF) credential.
