  • FOUNDER & EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

    Kyle is an international development leader, social entrepreneur, and trauma-informed leadership coach. With 25+ years implementing peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance, and learning & development programs, Kyle is passionate about cultivating community, healing, and transformative social change in moments of transition. Rooted in the belief that investments in our inner and social soil are critical for outer development, Kyle is a proud alumnus of USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, the Peace Corps, Equal Access, Mercy Corps, EnCompass, and UN Peacekeeping.

  • LEARNING SPECIALIST

    Madison designs purposeful, accessible learning experiences that foster resilience, clarity, and growth. Her roots in science research and education reflect a lifelong commitment to understanding interconnectedness. Madison’s most recent role helped shape workforce learning for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. She brings that same systems perspective to her current role by building regenerative learning ecosystems for coaches, displaced workers and mission-driven organizations. She grounds her work in care, integrity, and service – believing that real, transformational learning begins within and expands through community. 

SENIOR LEARNING SPECIALIST

  • SENIOR ADVISOR

    Bunmi is an Organizational Development and Strategic HR leader with 20+ years transforming organizations across government, international development, and corporate sectors. She began her career at Accenture and has since led teams and initiatives across Africa, Europe, and North America. Her HR and OD expertise empowers her to partner effectively with diverse stakeholders to foster agility and solve complex organizational and people challenges. She serves as adjunct faculty in Georgetown University’s Graduate HRM program and most recently spearheaded OD initiatives for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. 


SENIOR ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT ADVISOR

    Miranda is a learning and evaluation specialist who believes that change, like a forest, is a collective, living process. She brings more than a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations turn insight into action, developing evaluation strategies and tools that support reflection, learning, and meaningful growth. Miranda leads with curiosity and believes that evaluation is not just about measuring outcomes, but about sparking deeper inquiry into what’s possible. She collects, tracks, and analyzes data in ways that nurture learning and help organizations grow with greater intention, resilience, and care

DIRECTOR of IMPACT & DATA MANAGEMENT

    Danyah is a people-centered operations and program professional with 10+ years of experience supporting mission-driven organizations including USAID, the International Rescue Committee, and Helvetas USA. She brings a passion for building systems that empower people to do their best work and help organizations turn vision into action. Danyah grounds her work in care, trust, and accountability, and strives to make workplaces more thoughtful, equitable, and human -- helping organizations grow with purpose and integrity. Danyah is a certified Project Management Professional and Change Management practitioner.
