Kyle Dietrich
Kyle is an international development leader, social entrepreneur, and trauma-informed leadership coach. With 25+ years implementing peacebuilding, humanitarian assistance, and learning & development programs, Kyle is passionate about cultivating community, healing, and transformative social change in moments of transition. Rooted in the belief that investments in our inner and social soil are critical for outer development, Kyle is a proud alumnus of USAID's Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, the Peace Corps, Equal Access, Mercy Corps, and UN Peacekeeping.

Madison Azzara
Madison designs purposeful, accessible learning experiences that foster resilience, clarity, and growth. Her roots in science research and education reflect a lifelong commitment to understanding interconnectedness. Madison’s most recent role helped shape workforce learning for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance. She brings that same systems perspective to her current role by building regenerative learning ecosystems for coaches, displaced workers and mission-driven organizations. She grounds her work in care, integrity, and service – believing that real, transformational learning begins within and expands through community.

Miranda Cairns
Miranda is a learning and evaluation specialist who believes that change, like a forest, is a collective, living process. She brings more than a decade of experience helping mission-driven organizations turn insight into action, developing evaluation strategies and tools that support reflection, learning, and meaningful growth. Miranda leads with curiosity and believes that evaluation is not just about measuring outcomes, but about sparking deeper inquiry into what’s possible. She collects, tracks, and analyzes data in ways that nurture learning and help organizations grow with greater intention, resilience, and care.

Kristen Cordell
Kristen is deeply committed to the belief that the progress we seek (Sustainable Development Goals) rests in our ability to look inward (Inner Development Goals). She has 15 years of experience in servant leadership -- her civil servant career has spanned USAID, the Department of State, and the White House. From assignments in Liberia, Lebanon, and Afghanistan, she has worked tirelessly to help restore and rebuild communities impacted by conflict. Kristen sees the world through systems and always seeks ways to create change through meaningful partnerships and policy alignment. A CTI-trained coach and breathwork facilitator, she is highly empathetic and unwaveringly curious.

Alex Manning
With 15+ years of leadership experience at the intersection of learning, change, and human development, Alex fuses curiosity and compassion to help people and systems grow through moments of transition. After a decade leading teams in the education sector, Alex transitioned into international development in 2022. At the crossroads of behavioral science and strategy, Alex integrates a systems-informed approach to understand how environments shape behavior. From leadership development and coaching to instructional design and large-scale training, she builds spaces where people and teams can realign, rebuild, and thrive. Alex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and a certified Change Management practitioner.

Aleksandra Reinhardt
Aleksandra brings over a decade of experience designing thoughtful, adaptive learning experiences across government, humanitarian, and international development settings. With a background in language instruction and curriculum development, she’s led learning initiatives for USAID’s Bureau for Humanitarian Assistance, the State Department, and U.S. Special Operations – often during times of transition. Her work blends instructional design, cultural fluency, and a deep understanding of how people learn. Whether developing strategy, facilitating retreats, or building curriculum, she creates space for reflection, connection, and growth. She believes that language – whether spoken, written, or designed – has the power to heal, bridge, and build.
